My name is Elaine and I am based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, (United Kingdom) where I offer holistic therapies to those in need of relaxation and healing.

I started my ‘Holistic’ journey by becoming attuned to first Degree Reiki in April 2004. I did this because I was suffering from certain conditions brought on by anxiety and stress and after receiving Reiki from a practitioner, I began to see an improvement in all areas of my life. And that was it, the start of my journey, I came to realise that I had to become relaxed and balanced in myself and the only way I could achieve this continual state was to become attuned to the Reiki energy itself. Reiki then became part of my life and as I evolved and saw the benefits that Reiki had brought to myself and members of my family I knew I had to go further. I then decided to devote my time to Reiki by becoming a Reiki practitioner in August 2004 and then in 2005 a Reiki Master Teacher.

In 2007 I also qualified in Reflexology and Swedish massage, followed by Aromatherapy in 2008. These therapies along with Reiki treatments and training provide the basis of relaxation, well being and spiritual development for the many clients and students who visit Tranquility.
