Using all natural frankincense products .. "age well with frankincense" This facial will include, double cleanse, exfoliation, face, neck, shoulders, & decolletage massage, a custom mask with frankincense essential oil applied, a scalp massage, warm mitt removal of mask, tone & moisturise ​ Frankincense is a powerful anti -ageing and has skin rejuvenating effects that help prevent premature ageing and improve the appearance of pores, wrinkles, scars, acne and face blemishes.  Frankincense also has astringent properties that make it ideal for healing a soothing facial suitable for all skin types  ​ Frankincense Doterra essential oil will also be diffused during your treatment which helps to promote feelings of peace, relaxation, and overall wellness.

Cancellation Policy

Because Tranquility Massage is by appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call us on 07765532514. If we don’t answer, leave your information on our voicemail. We are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time (24 hrs). We kindly request the courtesy of giving us the following notice for cancellation or rescheduling: • More than 24 hours notice, service will be cancelled at no charge. • Less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the service price will be charged. • Failure to show without notice or not at location within 15 minutes (mobile/out-call), 100% of service price will be charged. Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees. Sorry, cancellations made via email are not accepted.
